Plain-English summary
- No ads. No tracking. No selling your data. Our revenue is you paying for Pro — nothing else.
- On-device mode sends nothing. Run the council offline and your question never leaves your phone.
- Your AI keys stay on your device, in an encrypted vault. They never reach our servers.
- Wallet sign-in, not passwords. We never see or store your seed phrase or private keys.
- We store the minimum needed for the social features you choose to use — and nothing about your solo questions.
1. Who we are
WeMind is made by Urban Prism Media ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy: hiurbanprism@gmail.com.
2. What we do NOT collect
- Your solo questions and verdicts. Councils run on your device, or go directly from your device to the AI provider you chose. They do not pass through WeMind servers.
- Your AI API keys. Stored only on your device in a hardware-backed encrypted vault.
- Your seed phrase or wallet private keys. The app never asks for them and never has access to them. Anyone who asks for your seed phrase is scamming you.
- Advertising identifiers, trackers, analytics profiles. There are none in the app.
3. What we store (only if you use social features)
If you sign in with your wallet to use Rooms, friends, or direct messages, our backend stores:
- Your public profile — wallet address, the handle you pick, and (if you set one) a small avatar image you chose to share.
- Friends and follows — who you've added or followed.
- Direct messages — end-to-end encrypted between up-to-date apps, so we store ciphertext we cannot read. Messages to apps that haven't published an encryption key yet are stored as sent. Delivered messages are removed from the server once your app confirms receipt.
- Rooms — membership, posts, and votes in rooms you join. Room posts are visible to that room's members.
- Pro purchases — your wallet address, the plan, and the payment's public transaction signature, so your Pro unlock follows your wallet.
- Session data — short-lived tokens and basic rate-limit counters to keep bots and spam out.
4. Payments are on-chain
Pro is paid in USDC or SOL on the Solana network. Blockchain transactions are public by design — anyone can see a transfer between addresses. We record only the transaction signature to grant your upgrade. Nothing auto-renews; there is no card on file, because there is no card at all.
5. Services we rely on
- Cloudflare — hosts our backend and database (social features only).
- AI providers you choose (e.g. Groq, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI) — when you use a cloud brain, your question goes to that provider under your key and their terms. On-device mode uses no provider at all. Your personal "about you" memory is only ever sent to your private on-device model or your own paid key — never to free cloud tiers.
- Live sources — for factual questions the app may fetch public data (e.g. CoinGecko prices, DuckDuckGo, Wikipedia). These lookups contain search terms, not your identity.
- Resend — if you invite a friend by email, the address you typed is used to send that one invite.
- Solana network — sign-in and payments happen through your own wallet app.
6. Deleting your data
Email us from any address and prove control of your wallet (we'll tell you how — never by sharing keys), and we will delete your profile, messages, and room posts from our systems. On-chain transactions are public and permanent by nature and cannot be deleted by anyone.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the UK or EU), you may have legal rights to access, correct, or erase your personal data. Contact us and we will honour them.
8. Age
WeMind uses a crypto wallet, so it is for adults — 18 and over.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change ever expands what we collect, we'll say so clearly in the app first.
