WeMind runs a panel of AI models that debate your question and produce a verdict. It's a thinking tool. Verdicts are generated by AI: they can be incomplete, out of date, or plainly wrong — and they are not financial, legal, medical, or any other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and, where it matters, for checking with a qualified human.
You sign in by proving control of your Solana wallet. Your wallet is your identity; keep it safe. We never hold your seed phrase, private keys, or funds, and we cannot recover a wallet for you. You must be 18 or older.
Free cloud and API brains run under keys you supply. Those keys, their quotas, and the provider's terms are between you and the provider. Keys are stored only on your device.
Payments are made on the Solana blockchain from your wallet, always with your explicit approval in your wallet app. On-chain transfers are irreversible by nature. If something goes wrong — you paid but Pro didn't unlock, or you were charged an amount that doesn't match the shown price — contact us within 14 days at hiurbanprism@gmail.com with the transaction signature. We will fix the entitlement or refund the payment. We don't do "gotcha" charges: nothing recurs, nothing is hidden.
Rooms and DMs exist for honest debate. You agree not to use them for: scams or phishing (including asking anyone for seed phrases, private keys, or "send me crypto" schemes), harassment or threats, illegal content, spam or flooding, or impersonating others. We may remove content, eject members from rooms, and suspend wallets that break these rules. Report abuse to hiurbanprism@gmail.com.
You own what you write. By posting in a room you give us the limited licence needed to show that post to the room's members and operate the service. Deleting your account removes your content from our systems (see the Privacy Policy).
If and when a Founder Pass is offered, it is a collectible utility item that unlocks product perks. It is not an investment, not a security, and carries no promise of value or resale price.
We work hard to keep WeMind up, accurate, and safe, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. AI providers, blockchains, and networks can fail or change in ways outside our control. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms removes rights that your local consumer law says can't be removed.
You can stop using WeMind at any time. We may update these terms; if we make a meaningful change we'll update the date above and note it in the app. If a court finds one clause invalid, the rest still stand. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless the consumer law where you live requires otherwise.
